Call to Order: The meeting was called to order @ 7:07 pm.
Roll Call: P. Andersen, J. Cartabiano, K. Demers, C. Jordan, M. Schreiber, R. Shabot
Approval of Minutes of 11/16/16: Minutes approved on a motion by KD/RS. 5 ayes, 1 abstain: MS.
Present to Speak: Not Applicable
Finance: On a motion by RS/KD: WCC authorizes the payment of $1855.00 to Dan Evans for services provided for the Timber Harvest in MU-8 of FRP.00.Unanimous vote. On a motion by CJ/RS: WCC authorizes payment of $300.00 to Brad Cordtsen for removing the trees in and around the foundation of the Taylor homestead at FRP in order to preserve the rock walls. Unanimous vote.

A. PoCD/NRIOSCP Review: Listening Sessions Prep: Members reviewed and edited agenda item documents for WCC’s presentation at the Listening Sessions on January 3 for the 2018 update of the POCD.
